Don't worry, the smell is not associated with any harmful chemicals or off-gassing since all of our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified, place the mattress in a well-ventilated room for the first few days.

While it may take up to 72 hours for your mattress to expand to its full height, it is safe to sleep on it the first night.

The mattress can be spot cleaned with mild detergent and a damp cloth. Do not remove the cover. Dab away excess moisture with a dry cloth and allow time to air dry at room temperature away from heat or light. We suggest a waterproof mattress protector to guard against stains from fluids and spills.

It is suggested that you open and expand the mattress in the room it will be located in. After removing your mattress from the packaging, place the mattress in a well-ventilated room and allow 72 hours for expansion.
