TeQsli Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing the mattress from TeQsli.

Sleep preferences vary from person to person, and we recommend that you sleep on the mattress for a period of time to determine if the new mattress adapts to your sleep. We provide a 100-night trial on mattresses. We recommend that you give it a chance, if you still feel that it is not suitable for you, you can return the product. Please contact customer service at support@teqsli.com before you decide to return the mattress, so that we can better handle your return. We focus on every detail and commit to providing our customers with a comfortable mattress to ensure customers a quality sleep. All of the TeQsli mattresses come with 10-Year Limited Warranty. Besides, we'll responsible for all manufacturing defects: sagging, dips, waves, bumps, and decompression issues. Please don't hesitate to contact us if there is any question.

Return policy

1. Products can be returned within 30 days from the delivered date..
2. Items must be in unused condition and to ensure that all items in the package are intact.
3. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be considered for return.
